Return conditionsProduct condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. For clothing, trying it on is acceptable. Original packaging: The product must be returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging, including any superbox.pk packaging if it was delivered in one. Completeness: All original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included. Identification: The return package should have the order number and return tracking number clearly indicated on it to avoid delays.
