By using our website, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Term of Use and the Privacy Policy.SuperBox.Pk is only available to residents of Lahore,Punjab.Who are located in certain geographic areas within Lahore, and who are purchasing as end users and not for resale. Availability is determined using the Address information you provide when registering for the site account or placing order.We may discontinue the online shopping from time to time in particular geographic areas or otherwise in wholeor in part. We reservethe right at any time(s)when we deem necessary to change, suspend or modify its terms and conditions (such as but not limited to delivery time windows or other service elements) without prior notice to you.In these Terms, references to us contacting you refer to our reasonable efforts to contact you using the emailassociated with your order or by telephone to the telephone number associated with your order (“Contact”).Ordering and PaymentAll Rupees amounts on the SuperBox.Pk website are in Pakistani Rupees. There is a minimum ordervalue of PKR 500(excluding deliverycharges and taxes).Free delivery on orders of value PKR 1000 and above within the range of 5Km.These terms are subject to change.By completing the checkout and submitting an order through SuperBox.Pk Website, you are agreeing to pay, in full, the prices of the items selected (or any substitutions accepted by you) and all applicable charges (such as charges for bags and delivery charges), taxes, by creditcard or other permitted payment method. You authorize us to process payment of the applicablepurchase price via the payment mechanism you select from the available choices, and you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the applicable paymentmechanism. If your payment method is by credit card and is rejected by the card issuer or processor, your order will not be filled, and we will have no obligation in respect of it. During the credit card authorization process when you submit your order, your card is validated and must have enough available funds for the transaction to be approved. Upon approval, the order will be prepared for delivery. You are responsible for any fees, including legal costs and collection costs, that we may incur in collecting any unpaid balances from you.Þ To complete an order, you may be required to provide certain additional information that is required to process your order. If you are not satisfied with the final price and weight, you have the rights to remove the product from your order.We chargePKR 8.00 for each bag used to pack your order. At the time that each order is placed, we estimate the number of grocery bags required for delivery and modify to reflect the actual quantity at the time of delivery.In respect of products, if any, which under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction require a person to be of a certain age in that jurisdiction in order to purchase, only persons of that age inthe applicable jurisdiction may place ordersfor such products,and by placing such an order you represent and warrant that you are of the applicable age. PRICES AND VATPlease note that the prices on our Grocery website are guide prices only. The actual price you pay will be the price charged in store at the time your order is picked for delivery. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of delivery because the prices stated on the website may vary either above or below the prices in store on the day your order is picked and delivered. When your order is delivered you may return any item and receive a full refund if you consider that the difference between the price charged and the guide price shown on the Grocery website is unacceptable.All prices are inclusive of General Sales Tax where applicable as per Sales Tax Act 1990.The price of the items does not include the service charge which will be charged at the rates applicable to the date, time &province of your delivery. The service charge will be unchanged despite of General Sales Tax increases.2. AVAILABILITYIf for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store. For example, if you were to make an order of 10 bottles of any beverage which would use up all that store's stock, the store may only deliver 5 bottles.Metro reserves the right to cancel any order for customers, subject to the availability, confirmations or any other issue as deemed fit by the company.3. ACCEPTANCEYour order is an offer to buy from us, at any point before the actual delivery, we may decline to supply the goods to you.The metro-online.pk grocery service is available for non-commercial and domestic use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders from businesses or that we consider are for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.4. MINIMUM BASKET CHARGE4.1 In these terms and conditions:Minimum Basket Charge means the charge we apply to all orders placed on our online or mobile Grocery shops for next day delivery with a Basket Value which is lower than the Minimum Basket Value specified by SUPERBOX.PKBasket Value means the value of the products in your basket when you confirm your order. Current minimum basket value above which you are eligible for waiving off of the minimum basket charge is Rs. 5,000/-.Us, we, our etc. mean SUPERBOX.PK You, your, yours etc. mean You, the customer.
